Job Description:

As a Sales Coordinator at Sofitel Riyadh, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the sales team, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the hotel's successful pre-opening. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Administrative Tasks: Assist the sales team with daily operations, prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for corporate and group bookings, and manage the sales database and CRM systems.
  2. Client Communication and Event Coordination: Liaise between the sales team and clients, respond to inquiries, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely information flow, collaborate with the sales team and event planners to execute group bookings, corporate meetings, and events.
  3. Pre-opening Assistance: Support pre-opening tasks such as setting up sales systems, building client databases, and assisting with pre-launch sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with experience in hotel pre-openings being an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with hotel sales systems is an advantage.
