  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Financial acumen to manage costs and revenue.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of restaurant technology, including POS systems and inventory management.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
