About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our Project and Development (PDS) Management team in KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a strong client network within the industry and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities in the KSA market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  3. Manage and deliver large-scale real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and support to the PDS Management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on-time, on-budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth and revenue.
  4. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
