Our Team
We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are seeking a talented Estimation Coordinator to join our team. As an Estimation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our estimators and project managers, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update estimating schedules.
  • Assist in prequalification of vendor/subcontractors.
  • Call and email vendors for quotes, qualifications, and other information.
  • Update vendor/subcontractor information on company database.
  • Proof-read and assemble final proposal and bid submission for owners.
  • Assist estimators in performing quantity take-offs of materials.
  • Assist estimators in conveying feedback to bidders.
  • Assist in drafting pre-bid requests for information.
  • Compile bid books following completion of bid process.
  • Ensure information released to estimators and project management is complete, accurate, and well organized.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in estimation/estimation coordination or similar project administration duties.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the estimation process.
  • Excellent client interaction and communication skills.
  • Experience with high-volume data entry, clerical, and general administrative duties.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication and organization development skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
