  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Strong project management skills.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  7. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  8. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
  9. Proficiency in using strategic planning software and tools is a plus.
