About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing professional commercial support to our clients, ensuring that business is conducted in a manner that minimizes and mitigates exposure to risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and liabilities inherent in tenders and contracts, propose and negotiate amendments to minimize or mitigate the same.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate directly with customers and/or partners to reach acceptable terms and conditions for New Equipment, Aftermarket, and Service agreements.
  • Commercial Operations: Develop standard terms of business as required for new products and services offered, advise the organization on commercial matters, and manage supplier RFQ, contracting, and Purchase Orders for contracts.
  • Export Compliance: Coordinate Export Licenses, ITAR control, and Security clearance of personnel.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in contracts positions, including commercial and legal contracting principles and processes.
  • Contract Writing: Must have experience in contract writing.
  • Contract Management: Contracts negotiation and management experience, managing supplier contracts, RFQs, POs.
  • Business Acumen: Good understanding of insurance, taxation, treasury, and finance matters as they relate to the business.
  • Education: Preferably have a diploma in a relevant field.
