Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tendering Manager to join our team at SOES. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the tendering process, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted to the client in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study tender documents and distribute to relevant engineers for review and input.
  • Arrange for offers from at least three vendors for each item or equipment, and prepare the final bill of quantities.
  • Prepare comparative statements of offers, arrange the bid bond, and prepare the bid cost of the tender for submission to the President for approval.
  • Prepare the complete commercial package for submission to the client, including all necessary documentation.
  • Attend post-bid meetings and complete all technical and commercial requirements as per specifications and client requirements.
  • Arrange for the preparation of all documents to be sent to project management, including manufacturers' offers with final discounts to purchase.
Requirements
  • Graduated in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Tendering Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
