**Job Purpose:**

Asteri Beauty is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the luxury beauty store in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching and developing frontline teams, prioritizing exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, recruitment, operational management, and inventory management of the store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Recruit and lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage store operations to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators in line with the brand's vision.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to maximize stock potential.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the sales team through regular coaching and training on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Take a hands-on approach to sales leadership, actively participating in sales floor activities.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure exceptional customer service at all times, preparing schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
  • Plan for seasonal peaks and activities, ensuring forecasts and staff rotas are aligned.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and in-store events through regular communication with regional management.
  • Manage store inventory and stock levels, ensuring smooth operational guidelines are met.
  • Ensure operational excellence is maintained in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
  • Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
  • Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, including cash reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of business acumen.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
