Customer Experience Strategist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team at Red Bull MOBILE Saudi offered by FNT. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and executing retention, churn management, and cross-sell strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create data-driven strategies for customer base management, focusing on revenue enhancement, retention, and churn control.
- Develop and execute BTL campaigns to enhance customer revenue, retention, and lifetime value.
- Monitor churn processes, identify trends, and create actionable insights to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build statistical models to identify micro-segments and predict customer behavior such as recharge, subscription, and churn propensity.
Analytical Insights:
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of KPIs to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement new reporting systems to resolve business challenges and improve decision-making.
- Presentation of actionable insights and trackable KPIs that support the objectives of all relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the telecom industry, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
Core Skills:
- Strong expertise in customer experience, churn retention, and campaign management.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Commercial acumen with leadership, P&L management, and budgeting experience.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present data insights effectively.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and proactively solve problems.
