Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across all categories in the region. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and evaluating trade, customer, and shopper marketing plans by country, channel, and driving availability & visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand country and category dynamics, shoppers, trade, and retailers to grow our client business in the related country.
  • Plan trade promotions and approve trade agreements together with the Marketing and Distribution Manager.
  • Collect trade spent actuals from distributors (end of each month) and review with the Customer Trade Marketing Manager and Marketing and Distribution Manager.
  • Deploy activations to distributors.
  • Develop trade plans for activations, innovations, and re-launches together with the Marketing and Distribution Manager and distributors, and approve their sufficiency with the Category Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Post-activity evaluation on country and customer levels.
  • Differentiate customers and channels by implementing tailored solutions considering shopper profiles (if needed).
  • Drive the Perfect Store program in the country, distributor, and customer levels; analyze audit results and develop plans to improve availability and visibility together with the Marketing and Distribution Manager.
  • Analyze distribution gaps in traditional trade and work on plans to increase wholesale and non-wholesale distribution together with the Marketing and Distribution Manager for all categories.
  • Develop planograms as per the Category Trade Marketing Manager's guidance by country, channel, and follow up on execution.
  • Produce point-of-sale materials (if produced by distributors in the respective country).
  • Manage purchase orders, goods received, and grid input (owned activities).
  • Review demand (on initiatives).

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years' experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
  • FMCG, preferably multinational background.
  • Experience in activation planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Experience with promotion planning, trade fund management, and trade drives.
