Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair multifunction office products to the highest standard, adhering to published technical standards and procedures in a cost-effective manner with the highest reliability possible.
  2. Customer Education: Assist customers in operating the machines correctly, replacing consumables, reading meters, and placing service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Generation: Generate sales leads and contract sales leads to drive business growth.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Proactively communicate with the work controller and supervisors regarding customer issues or urgent needs outside of competency scope. Timely and accurate reporting of service documents is essential.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Clearly communicate with customers about job performed, demonstrate correct procedures, and promote SXL products and services to enhance company image through total customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

A degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics) or equivalent is required for this position.
