Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wood Product Manager to join our team at ADROYTS™️. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our wood products division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Drive business growth and achieve organizational goals within the wood products division by developing and implementing effective strategic plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wood products division, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the wood products industry.
  • Industry Trends and Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition, and make recommendations to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Financial Performance: Manage financial performance within the wood products division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the wood products division in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies specific to the wood products division.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the wood products industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking ability within the wood products industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the wood products industry, including market trends, processes, and quality standards.
