Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sponsorship sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create tailored sponsorship packages that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify and target potential sponsors through research, analysis of industry trends, company profiles, and client communications objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target organizations.
  4. Collaborate with internal partners to create customized sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives and meet organizational goals.
  5. Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
  6. Work with the Client Services team who will assist in managing the execution of sponsor benefits to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sponsor commitments.
  7. Provide regular reporting via Salesforce, including revenue forecasts, pipeline, and progress against targets.
  8. Maintain a high level of knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to sponsorship sales.
