Job Description:

As a key member of our team at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah, Riyadh, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the hotel, working closely with the Director of Revenue Strategy to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  2. Coordinating sales efforts between teams and departments.
  3. Communicating commercial strategies to Sales, Marketing, and hotel leaders.
  4. Reviewing and finalizing forecasts with the Director of Revenue Strategy.
  5. Improving the forecasting process.
  6. Evaluating channel effectiveness and determining spend deployment.
  7. Positioning the hotel in distribution channels.
  8. Maintaining competitor awareness.
  9. Monitoring data hygiene in sales systems.
