Global Administrative Services Lead

Collars Consultants is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.
About the Job:This role requires a high degree of professionalism, expertise, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in office administration management, preferably with a focus on overseas company setup and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish new overseas offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and regulatory bodies to establish the company's presence in new markets.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary licenses, permits, and registrations.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external financial institutions, auditors, and tax advisors.
- Manage relationships with supply chain partners and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for administrative functions.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Ensure the company's compliance with local and international laws, including annual audits, inspections, and filings.
- Manage the company's annual review, annual inspection, and tax-related matters.
- Liaise with legal counsel to address any legal issues or disputes that may arise.
Administrative Support:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for company-wide initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in office administration management, preferably with a focus on overseas company setup and operations.
- Familiar with the financial, legal, and compliance aspects of international business operations; preferably have working experience in government relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
