Key Responsibilities
  1. Equipment Management
  • Conduct regular inspections of heavy equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Disposal and Negotiation
  • Plan and coordinate the disposal of surplus or damaged equipment.
  • Negotiate with clients to determine their needs and financial abilities.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and sale deeds.
Team Management
  • Delegating work assignments based on employee skills and experience.
  • Training employees on proper equipment operation and safe use.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in managing a business of heavy equipment.
  3. Strong multitasking ability and basic computer skills.
  4. Proven track record of successful trade and portfolios.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Effective negotiation and analytical skills.
  7. A person with a can-do attitude.
