Enterprise Sales Director

At Airalo, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to drive rapid growth across various industries for our revolutionary online payment solution. With a proven track record of selling cutting-edge payment solutions in a high-growth and competitive environment, this is the ideal role for you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple sales cycles, ensuring a high conversion rate, and outperforming sales targets. Along the way, you'll collaborate closely with various in-house talents across Technology and Business to position our capabilities, products, services, and solutions effectively with prospects.
Key responsibilities include identifying the most promising merchants and prospects that will help Airalo grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals, selling new cross-border payment solutions and services to eCommerce merchants through cold calling, networking, fairs, etc., and preparing thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants.
In addition, the ideal candidate will need to maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts, partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends, and provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales product, and marketing information.
To succeed in this role, you'll require 5-10 years of Enterprise Sales experience; a bonus if in the Payments / Fintech industry. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce is also essential, as well as tech-savviness with a passion for Technology, solid business acumen and awareness of financial factors, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
