As an HR professional, you will have the opportunity to play an advisory role to managers and employees, creating and sharing policies, and keeping things running smoothly across departments.

You will work under the guidance of seasoned HR professionals, drafting official documents and collaborating with teams such as Payroll and Talent Acquisition.

This role involves supporting performance management, fostering a positive culture, positively impacting employee wellbeing, and ensuring business operations run smoothly like clockwork.

Responsibilities may include planning engagement initiatives, helping with investigations, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within the aviation or hospitality industry. Experience of working on investigations or handling employee incidents will be viewed favourably.
