Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry. They will be able to motivate and coach their team to deliver results and build strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of sales experience in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
