Job Summary:

We're seeking a Strategic Partnership Developer to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in the interior fit-out and construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute plans to secure high-value projects.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tool and Microsoft Office Suite.
