We are seeking a seasoned Tender Production & Administration specialist to join our team in Jeddah.
The selected candidate will be responsible for compiling, formatting, editing and administering the client's approval process for the creation of EOIs, RFQs and RFPs.
Liaising with technical resources/3rd parties to ensure high quality submissions that will enable PMCMs, Contractors, and Consultants to respond to RFPs accurately.
This role will be part of an exciting project and represents an exceptional challenge. It is essential that you have a track record in being involved in significant projects.
Key Responsibilities- Tender Production: Compile, format, edit and administer the client's approval process for the creation of EOIs, RFQs and RFPs.
- Liaison with Technical Resources: Liaise with technical resources/3rd parties to ensure high quality submissions that will enable PMCMs, Contractors, and Consultants to respond to RFPs accurately.
- Administering and Documenting Tender Queries: Administer and document the tender queries liaising with client, technical teams and 3rd parties to ensure quick responses.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or similar.
- Tender production and administration experience.
- FIDIC Experience is a must.
- 10 years similar experience either within a client or consultant environment.
- Major infrastructure experience preferably rail/metro/underground projects.
- Professional Qualification such as CICES, RICS etc.
- Rail experience preferred but not essential.
- Middle East experience would be an advantage.
