Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Future Careers Middle East.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key customers, monitoring the performance of sales teams, and addressing emerging market issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to preparing the annual sales budget to achieve strategic objectives and sales goals.
  • Develop sales plans and budgets to meet or exceed regional objectives, and monitor and control the sales budget for optimal resource use.
  • Drive sales through a team of salespeople, conduct market visits to assess coverage and competitor activity, and seek new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain an effective distribution network to ensure product availability and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure sales administration procedures are properly implemented and coordinate with the storehouse supervisor to maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop the regional sales management structure, ensure proper staffing and training, and manage A/R targets through daily sales and aging.
  • Maintain communication with key customers to meet their expectations and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Develop periodic reports and handle additional tasks as directed by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
  • At least 7 to 8 years of experience in the field of sales in a variety of positions/levels.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Applications.
  • Bilingual – English and Arabic (Spoken & Written).
  • Building strong relationships quickly, both inside and outside of a business.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.
