Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Operations Manager to join our team at Rheem Middle East. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in managing service operations, troubleshooting and repairing HVACR and water heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to distributors and ProPartners on proper operation, user maintenance, application, parts identification, and other duties assigned to support company products.
  • Offer detailed technical guidance to air-conditioning and water heater customers, including troubleshooting, installation recommendations, repair guidance, and participation in the Factory Start-up program for large installations of company products.
  • Monitor emerging product failure trends based on feedback from external customers and notify management when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure the achievement of sales and margin objectives.
  • Oversee activities related to monitoring distributor warranty expenses and failure rates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in Managing service operations, troubleshooting and repairing HVACR and water heating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in common computer software applications.
