What You Will Do
As a skilled Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and professional image for the Midis Group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing incoming phone calls, responding to queries and forwarding messages to relevant personnel
- Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary stationery and materials
- Providing accurate information to visitors and clients, either in person or via phone/email
- Receiving and distributing daily mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office security by following established safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Ordering front office supplies and maintaining inventory stock
- Coordinating conference room bookings and other administrative tasks
