- Check, respond to, and forward emails from the company's main domain to the appropriate recipients.
- Liaise with the Dubai branch in case of document transfer.
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of documents through couriers, ensuring their effective distribution within the company.
- Support recruiters by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, addressing important requests and tasks as needed.
- Any Bachelor's Degree holder related to the field.
- Must be residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Should be available for face-to-face interview in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- With at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant in any outsourcing company or related industry.
