We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Carter Murray. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, as well as assisting in generating new sales leads and achieving assigned sales and profit growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Leadership: Provide leadership in account management and coordination of all key accounts management activities.
  2. Maintain Exceptional Customer Relationships by ensuring excellent relationships with key accounts of the company.
  3. Develop and implement Strategic Sales Plans to generate more business and increase revenue.
  4. Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in sales solution development and proposal delivery, as required.
  5. Create and execute Customer Account Plans that identify relevant customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and establish a clear action plan for success.
  6. Ensure Customer Satisfaction at all levels by proactively working to ensure proper delivery of services and solutions to key accounts.
Qualifications:
  1. 8-10 years of high-level account management experience, selling solutions & services to large accounts in the western region.
  2. Proven expertise in managing and maintaining customer relations.
  3. Results-oriented and capable of handling multiple sales tasks.
  4. Demonstrated ability to adjust to changes in customer demands or operational goals.
