Client Relationship Specialist

Salam seeks a highly motivated Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive new business growth, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building with existing and potential clients.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and risks, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track account performance metrics, identify trends, and report progress to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of client strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
