**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing Crew meetings and Team events, maintain and update employee registers, schedule meetings, drafting memos/communications, greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly, etc,
- Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update Policy/Plans/Procedures/Forms/Process Maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare associated reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects' progress, etc.

**Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Good command of Excel
- Proficient with Powerpoint
