Call Center Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Team Leader to drive excellence in customer service and lead our dedicated team of customer support representatives. In this role, you will not only ensure outstanding customer interactions but also manage inbound campaign calls—converting them into qualified leads within Madar's CRM. If you excel at coaching teams, resolving complex issues, and achieving performance targets, we’d love to hear from you.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment in a leadership or supervisory role.
**Language Proficiency**:
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of English to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
**Technical Proficiency**:
- Proven ability to utilize call center software and technology for monitoring team performance, tracking call metrics, and generating insightful management reports.
- Experience with HubSpot or Similar CRM is required to add leads and manage leads.
**Leadership & Communication Skills**:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset.
**Organizational Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
