**Job Summary**
The HR officer will be responsible for providing a full range of HR services to a designated group of employees in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensures the full range of HR operations and actions are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Oversee all activities related to Payroll, assists in all aspects of employee compensation, preparation, planning, and analysis and monitoring.
- Responsible for preparing monthly salaries of all types of employees, including GOSI required cheques and other payroll related transaction.
- Ensure employee safety welfare, wellness and health.
- Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company.
- Ongoing review and enhancement of Company HR Policies and Procedures.
- Meets current objectives and positions the organization for future growth.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR practices, with an emphasis on Localization requirements.
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues discretely.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
