**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
**Employee Relations**:
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees when necessary.
**Performance Management**
- Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers and employees on performance improvement.
- Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to implement appropriate solutions.
**Benefits Administration**:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
**HR Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policy and best practices and advise management on compliance matters.
**HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Generate HR reports and metrics as needed and assist with HR analytics.
**Policy Development and Implementation**:
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Communicate policy changes to employees and provide training as needed.
**Employee Engagement**:
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
