Job Description:
As a Sales Executive in the automotive industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets by promoting and selling automotive products and services. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities, maximizing sales potential, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Present, promote, and sell automotive products and services to customers.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes.

Follow up on sales inquiries and provide after-sales support.

Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Analyze sales data, market reports, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and targets.

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand professional network and knowledge.

Collaboration and Reporting:
Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management.

Share market insights and feedback with the product development team to improve offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry.

In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with diverse customers.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
