**Position: Sales Representative**

**Company Overview**:
Hirz International, a branch of the Abdul-Jawad Trading Group, specializes in fire protection and electromechanical solutions. With over 15 years of expertise, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of high-quality products and services in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable fire protection and electromechanical products/services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing ongoing client support.
- Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and related events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
