The following duties are expected of the Senior Knowledge Management and Training Manager (SKM&TM), though they are not comprehensive. The SKM&TM is expected to have a passion for adult learning, to be highly collaborative, to embrace all aspects of program and project management, and to comprehend the nuances of how learning can drive operational performance. Alternatively, the incumbent must be an experienced and collaborative Knowledge Management Manager for Growth, Strategy, and Transformation (GS&T) to assist in managing and maintaining the knowledge base tools, processes, and systems.

The SKM&TM will collaborate with the Senior Lessons Learned Manager and Knowledge Management Training Manager to assist the Head of Training, Knowledge Management & Lessons Learned in ensuring the effective and efficient dissemination of related knowledge throughout the project.
This position will report to the Head of Training, Knowledge Management, and Lessons Learned (TKM&LL).
- Develop the Knowledge Management and Training plan; policies, procedures, and forms
- Develop a program of work to address Knowledge Management Priorities
- Ensures the knowledge management program is aligned with and supports its needs and overall project strategy and knowledge management transformation objectives (i.e., Culture of Sharing, curiosity, learningetc.)
- Engage regularly with the Quality and Delivery Excellence departments to establish events to understand and support the quality assurance strategy and program for Knowledge Management and provide support and input on Quality Assurance requirements
- Provides Knowledge Management training to new and existing stakeholders
- Leads in a non-hierarchical, inclusive, and diplomatic manner - promotes alternative views and challenges assumptions
- Collect lessons learned across assets, evaluate and shortlist
- Promotes a Culture of Sharing, working horizontally to share our training, knowledge management, and lessons learned capabilities, best practices, and experience
- Has a sound understanding of and advocates for these strategies and works collaboratively with a diverse set of partners
- Maintains the knowledge base for; organizes content and training, knowledge management, and lessons learned capabilities information so that staff find it easy to create, store, manage and retrieve knowledge artifacts
- Provides support to Quality & Delivery Excellent stakeholders
- Ensures clear and effective communication at all levels
- Is an advocate for knowledge management across the business

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
About you
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of successful leadership in large-scale projects
- Transformational project experience and strict attention to details
- At least five years of experience working with Senior Leadership teams
- Ability to influence, facilitate and resolve conflicts at various levels of the organization
- Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and manage competing priorities in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive achievement of objectives
