Job Summary:
The Vendor Management Administrator is responsible for managing relationships with vendors, overseeing contracts, and ensuring the delivery of services.

Job Responsibility:

- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for the organization
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies in service delivery
- Coordinate vendor activities and ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements
- Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Evaluate vendor performance against key performance indicators and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess vendor needs and identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in vendor management or procurement
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Knowledge of vendor contracts, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Experience in managing vendor performance evaluations and scorecards.
