Human Capital Specialist

Performs general Human Capital (HC) studies to enhance current policies and practices as directed. Develops and maintains HC systems that meet high management information needs.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Monitors work in progress and assists with difficult or complex tasks, as assigned.
2. Participates in the departmental manpower planning, as assigned.
3. Participates in the development and maintenance of the department guidelines, and internal policies and procedures (IPPs). Reviews and recommends suggestions to update the department IPPs.
4. Participates in the update of the department job descriptions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
5. Actively participates in committees, taskforces and other working groups, as assigned.
6. Oversees job-training programs, and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs related to HC.
7. Oversees engagement programs and other employee relations related matters, as directed.
8. Develops and disseminates HC best practices and policies to enhance performance and resource management.
9. Generates reports and works with HC entities to develop and improve related policies and practices.
10. Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeps abreast of significant economic, social and technical trends, and regulatory guidelines, which may influence assigned functions/ services and/or the Hospital
**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
- Saudi National Only.
