  • Bachelor of Science (BS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Possess a blend of SAP technical and services delivery management skills
  • Certification in at least one SAP module or technical area (e.g., Basis)
  • Should have a sound cross SAP technical knowledge and IT experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SLM) desired.
  • Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and sustain effective relationships with customers, SI and IT organizations.
  • Accomplished communication skills encompassing inter-personal communications
  • Good design and architectural skills in the technical area
  • Good understanding of project management skills and thorough knowledge of the ASAP project lifecycle
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
  • Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Certificates:
  • ITIL o Solution Manager o SAP Certification
  • Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.
  • 6 - 10 years experience in SAP Administration - IT Senior Leadership Experience
  • 6 - 10 years experience of of Service Delivery Management in SAP
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments
