مسؤولية دور مدير الموارد البشرية المساعد في مملكة السعودية (KSA)، في دعم الوظائف المتعلقة بالشؤون البشرية وكونها نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للموظفين الجدد والحاليين والمغادرين فيما يتعلق بشؤون التوظيف.

**سيشمل مسؤولياتك**:
أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى لموظفي KSA في استفسارات الموارد البشرية، بخصوص السياسات والفوائد والقضايا الأخرى المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية والرد على ذلك بناءً على الحاجة
مساعدة مدير الموارد البشرية في السعودية في العمليات اليومية.
إنشاء وإصدار الاتصالات والرسائل والوثائق المرتبطة بالموارد البشرية وفقًا للشروط والأحكام وسياسات الشركة
إعداد عروض الشروط والشروط المؤقتة
إصدار عقود التوظيف للمرشحين
مساعدة ودعم دورة إدارة الأداء السنوية
إدارة موظفي الإنهاء وتقديم نفس مستوى الخدمات لإجراءات المغادرين
إرسال تأكيد استقالة وقائمة مراجعة الخروج إلى الموظفين الذين يغادرون الشركة
التنسيق مع فريق PRO لتنسيق إجراءات إلغاء تأشيرة المغادرين.

بحصولك على شهادة جامعية ذات صلة في مجال الموارد البشرية أو التخصص، وبالحصول على شهادة مهنية مشابهة سيعامل بصورة إيجابية.
