In this role, you will:

  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with FlyAkeed key targeted partners.
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the internal teams.
  • Work with Sales Operations to create a reporting mechanism to provide visibility on the efforts and strategies achieve overall revenue contribution.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
  • Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners based on our strategic objectives and evaluate partnership opportunities
  • Monitor Partnership key metrics such as Conversion Rate, Revenue Impact, and Deal Velocity.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, managing communication, and ensuring successful relationships
  • Identify additional opportunities for partners to drive engagement and growth
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal to ensure alignment on partnership strategy and goals
  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives
  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze data and provide insights to continue to improve partnerships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership development and management
  • Strong understanding of the information technology and services industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partnership strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
