Administrative Officer

Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for occupants. Maintain day-to-day communication with Occupants. Deliver monthly invoices and coordinating payments. Ensure compliance with village rules and contracts is a critical part of this role. follow up on payments and maintain contract compliance to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Meet and Greet Occupants upon arrival and make sure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of occupants and providing necessary support as required.
- Occupancy Management:
- Coordinate with the NEOM FM department to exchange data and plan village occupancy.
Dealing with Occupants:
- Day to day dealing with occupants and resolving issues as required.
- Invoice Delivery and Coordination:
- Coordinate with Accounts to release the invoice and deliver the invoice to the occupants.
Payment:
- Follow up and make sure payments have been received from occupants within given timelines and issue notices in case of payment delay in coordination with the legal department.
Village rules compliance:
- Monitor and comply with village laws and regulations and working with the relevant department to take appropriate action in case of noncompliance by Occupants.
Contract Compliance:
- Make sure to comply with the contract (terms and conditions) as agreed with the occupants in coordination with legal department.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
