- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
- Design and propose comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and leverage the company's product portfolio.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, product specifications, and implementation plans.
- Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers to demonstrate how the company's solutions can address their challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors
- Lead technical presentations , and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate proposed solutions.
- Partner with sales executives to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Provide technical support during sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a presales, technical consulting, or similar role within the technology industry.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, encryption, etc
- Experience with local and international security frameworks such as NCA Controls, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001, etc
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design appropriate solutions. Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to create and deliver engaging and impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
