We're looking for a passionate and motivated Channel Partnerships Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. We want a team player who is driven and willing to learn to accompany us on our mission of playing a vital role in the digital transformation sweeping the MENA region.

As a Channel Partnership Manager at ZenHR, you will work within the Sales team, managing all aspects of designated accounts within the partner route to market, driving engagement, demonstrating our products, portraying our value proposition and driving product usage.

The Job – Channel Partnerships Manager

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining contact with designated partners to ensure they received a service in line with company values.
  • Supporting partners with any queries using company processes to give the best experience.
  • Assisting partners in understanding how best to use our technology.
  • Delivering product demonstrations tailored to the partner's needs and or their customers.
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to process or action any requests from designated channel partners.
  • Accurately forecasting for revenues and manage any opportunities or risks.
  • Making recommendations to change partner management status based on performance.
  • Delivering product demonstrations tailored to the partner's needs and or their customers.
  • Managing channel partnerships and close strategic opportunities.
  • Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team and other involved company functions.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to establish a successful channel and partner programs.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success or client facing roles.
  • Successful experience selling SaaS solutions.
  • Have problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience operating in a high growth and fast-paced culture.
  • Understanding of SaaS business operations, sales processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in building or managing partnerships and programs around CRM systems in a large-scale environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience building a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
