The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for Basmtak HR System.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Qualify leads and build sales pipelines by effectively communicating value propositions
  • Present product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms to close new clients
  • Develop longterm client relationships through personalized account management
  • Stay up to date on product features and industry trends to engage prospects effectively
  • Record all client and sales activities accurately in CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and customer success teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling SAAS/Technology/ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage time and multiple tasks.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
