The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the BU Marketing Manager position would be inherently attentive to detail and a creative thinker. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our solutions effectively, drive demand, and increase revenue. Collaboration with various teams such as business development, engagement managers and technical teams will be essential in creating thorough go-to-market strategies and maintaining consistency across all marketing platforms.

As a BU Marketing Manager, your daily workload might include:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive Mozn Solutions' growth. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Define and drive go-to-market strategies for the different Solutions domains. Collaborate with business development, engagement managers, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Work with the Digital Marketing team to design and drive strategic marketing campaigns to drive Mozn Solutions' growth. Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions. Drive lead generation efforts and optimize the marketing/sales funnel to increase conversion rates. Work with the Marketing Communications team to develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Mozn Solutions and help craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Develop Mozn Solutions' content strategy to support lead generation and customer education. Oversee the creation of Solutions content, including messaging, positioning, and collateral. Drive and oversee Solutions' client advocacy program. Lead, mentor, and manage the Solutions' marketing team, fostering a collaborative, positive and high-performance work environment. Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members. Identify skills gaps and provide opportunities for professional development. Manage the marketing budget for Solutions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of marketing principles, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, and demand generation. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
