Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
  • Develop proposals, compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
  • Managing the tender activities, and tracking the submission
  • Manage order booking
  • Developing indepth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, market share, processes or customer groups.
  • Drive full alignment between commercial operations and sales to deliver better forecasting and market analysis data.
  • Indepth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Indepth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports/dashboards to support the business make decisions that will serve the organization's objectives and priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in commercial operations preferably in healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university/college
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft software, Salesforce
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Arabic & English language capability in both spoken and written

Desired Characteristics

  • Commercial or finance background is preferred.
  • Detail oriented, problem solver, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
