Key Responsibilities_

Store responsibilities_

  • Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team
  • Continually elevate the capability of the store team through recruitment, staff development, mobility and effective succession planning
  • Establish a learning culture and maintain a strong connection of the store team to the Brand
  • Leading the team with higher productivity and Play key role in making clear goals and for month &Weekly& Daily.
  • Sharing detail report of weekly performance of team members and department's

B2B and B2C Role Responsibilities._

  • Looking for new business opportunities and brands aligned with our B2B strategy to ensure that the pipeline is always full
  • Uncovering strategic business needs by deploying the Inspired Value Selling Framework
  • Assessing the potential value of new and existing projects and taking a systematic approach to convert the potential into sales
  • Anticipating risk, identifying needs, finding solutions when needed to ensure that net sales will be delivered
  • Fostering an ongoing dialogue with other brands to establish a longterm relationship and to make them advocates of our offering.

Inventory Responsibilities._

  • Taking staff feedback, suggestions and problems encountered in the section.
  • Ensure timely arrival of the SRN delivery for Household and Furniture.
  • Upon the arrival of stocks, ensure they get immediately to their respective sections for display.
  • Coordinating with warehouse for delivery issues and stock status monitoring.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in a similar role with focus on business development
  • Luxury industry knowledge & interest in Furniture industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to persuade and influence
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong lateral leadership and relationship building skills
