  • Tactical Sales Management, including customer focus, sales processes, lifecycles, best practice etc.

  • Achieves assigned budgets in designated strategic accounts.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience

  • 5-10 years' experience in a Senior Sales Management role
  • 6 years of people management experience.

Minimum Qualification

  • Degree NQF7 in business management or other required;

Preferred Qualification

  • MBA or similar advanced degree - highly desired.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving results in sales.
  • Valid Code 8 driver's license required. Driver and Vehicle Restrictions on the driver's license must be declared at application stage.
  • Computer literate: Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook required.
