Imagicle designs and develops a single suite of UC applications and omnichannel conversational solutions, based on Artificial Intelligence, to improve the Customer (CX) and Employee (EX) Experience.
While we focus on developing excellent solutions, we rely on a growing network of local channel partners to understand the specific needs of end customers, so we can deliver and integrate such solutions in the most relevant way. It's a magical time to start working in Imagicle. We celebrated 14 years of history with excellent financial results, double-digit growth in recent years, and an even better outlook for the next years. We started in Italy together with our partners and we are now almost all over the world. Our applications, used in over 150 countries worldwide, especially in Europe, America, and the Middle East, help customers make their communications easier and more efficient. We are already managing a rich pipeline of opportunities in such territories, and we realized there's huge growth potential.
In 2022 we opened the subsidiary in Riyad and now we have an amazing team of colleagues (from Sales to Support and Advanced services team) to best support our customers all over the region. That's why we are looking for a passionate Channel Sales to join our team and focus on the KSA region, with the working location in Riyadh. We're looking for a talented person, a motivated team player able to run in the wide fields of the market, ready to hunt new deals and build long-term relationships with customers.

What you will do in Imagicle- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and web 2.0 tools
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Perform effective demos for customers
- Help partners to make quotas and offer
- Perform presentation and sales training to partners
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand the database of contacts
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Refer to the Channel Manager in the region
- 2-3 years of Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Native Arabic speaking
- English proficiency, written and spoken
- Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
