Job Title: Director, Head of ERM and BCM Consulting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) consulting practice in Saudi Arabia. The Director, Head of ERM and BCM Consulting, will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional client service, and building a high-performing team. This role requires a bilingual leader with deep expertise and recognition in ERM and/or BCM within the Saudi market.

The role requires execution of the Middle East Committee approved business plan to establish AGRC ERM and BCM Consulting in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic:
    • Execution of the business plan.
    • Developing and executing strategies for growth and success.
    • Developing local talent while maintaining the highest levels of client service and profitability.
    • Building value propositions based on specific client and market demands for the present and the near future based on trends.
  2. Business Development:
    • Developing the consulting business across Saudi Arabia.
    • Participating in tenders by developing compelling proposals.
    • Identifying and pursuing consulting opportunities.
    • Building and maintaining a solid pipeline of business.
    • Collaborating with other Aon teams for cross selling and increasing the existing Aon footprint at clients.
    • Meeting revenue targets.
    • Managing the Consulting P&L.
    • Ensuring projects achieve the desired profitability.
    • Timely and accurate filling of time sheets.
    • Regularly analyzing and reporting against plans and subsequent actions for pipeline growth, maximizing revenue and increasing profitability.
  3. Service Delivery:
    • Ensuring the successful delivery of Consulting projects to clients.
    • Achieving the highest levels of quality, service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Overseeing multiple projects, engaging with clients to steer, manage, and assure quality on projects.
    • Building and developing a team including local talent.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensuring all consulting practices including contracting, client acceptance, contract acceptance etc. comply with Aon's policies and guidelines.
    • Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with consulting projects, clients and practices.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  6. Innovation and Thought Leadership:
    • Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the practice.
    • Contributing to thought leadership through articles, whitepapers, and speaking engagements.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Subject matter expertise and professional qualifications in ERM and BCM.
  2. At least 3+ years of managing consulting business and at least 15+ years track record of strong, high-quality service delivery.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or Risk Management related academic qualification from a reputable university.
  4. Candidates must be prominent and recognized in the field of ERM and/or BCM in Saudi Arabia, having affiliations with professional organizations such as ISO, NIST, etc.
  5. Candidates must have an established presence and strong client relationships in Saudi Arabia.
  6. High degree of proficiency in work automation with AI, VB, Excel, Access, Word etc.
  7. Bilingual English/Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
