What You'll Do

  1. Build and enhance our overseas customer service training system, designing impactful courses.
  2. Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development programs.
  3. Analyze training effectiveness using data insights and continuously refine programs.
  4. Identify business challenges and develop tailored training solutions.
  5. Prepare reports and insights on training performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  1. Fluency in Arabic, English, and Chinese – must be comfortable using all three in daily work.
  2. Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and summarization.
  3. 3+ years of hands-on training experience, preferably in Customer Service.
  4. A passion for learning and developing people.
  5. Willing and able to undertake business trips.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
